Privacy notice

StaffCard processes account information, published business contact fields and consented visitor contact exchanges for participating companies. Each company controls its staff information and public directory opt-in.

Visitor analytics record event type, card, UTC time, channel and a daily rotating pseudonym. Raw IP addresses are not stored. Automated requests are classified separately; this classification may be imperfect.

Visitor contacts are used to respond to the requested business contact. Consent records include notice version and time. Contact the company named on the card to request access, correction, export or deletion. Account holders can submit a request to their company administrator.

Default raw analytics retention is 90 days, visitor pseudonyms are removed after seven days, and visitor contacts are removed after 365 days. Operational configuration may shorten or extend these periods.

This operational notice requires the deploying organization’s Malaysian PDPA legal review and company-specific contact information before release.
